PureClean Air Systems utilize heavy duty web-sweep pickup
heads that source capture directly from roll and box feeders. The pickup
heads are equipped with grounded brushes, that help reduce static electricity
build-up on paper feeding into high speed printers. The anti-static brushes
stretch across both sides of the paper, agitating the paper dust and paper
chad that are then vacuumed away and collected by the PureClean AirSystems.
Higher quality end product and data integrity are achieved while lowering
downtime, housekeeping costs and employee health problems. The end result
is a healthier and cleaner work environment!
Your High Speed Printers.
PureClean AirSystems utilize custom plenum boxes or hoods
that seal directly over exhaust vents and over areas where contaminants
are generated. The implementation of our unique "Source
Capture" method, creates a negative pressure that effectively
contains and directs the contaminant laden air into PureClean Air System,
without the need for exhausting. This is a permanent solution to the problems
caused by pollutants emitted by high speed printers, document sorters and
post processing equipment, etc. The final result is a cleaner and healthier
output center!
